(<em>Gakokujin yori nihonjin ga daiichi!<\/em>), setting up a false dichotomy (the fact that foreigners can&#8217;t vote in the first place makes that clear). \u00a0He&#8217;s also calling for limits to foreign products being &#8220;dumped&#8221; without the New Wind) look milder by comparison. \u00a0Helps to normalize the invective.
