\u00a0Here we have a case of how a naturalized citizen in South Korea has been given a significant administrative post.<\/p>\n<p>Good for him, and good for Korea. \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.debito.org\/?p=1957\">This is a country with only recently established a law against racial discrimination (at last) in 2007<\/a>, and their democracy&#8217;s much younger than ours. \u00a0What&#8217;s holding Japan back?
