I thought the DPJ were going to win big.\u00a0 But not this big.\u00a0 Watching kingpin after kingpin fall in the LDP (not sure if they’ll be resurrected by the PR vote; results are not all in yet).<\/p>\n
To say the least, I’m very cheered by the result.\u00a0 About bloody time.\u00a0 More than five decades of the same party is far too long for any electoral system.<\/p>\n
And was anyone else watching former PM Aso as he was answering questions to the networks?\u00a0 Refusing to say hello to anyone or thanks when done, just pulling his earpiece out all surly.\u00a0 He really is a piece of work.<\/p>\n
